Getting Lost in Sarah J. Maas’ Worlds

I LOVE reading books where I can’t do anything but READ, having to find out what happens NEXT. That is the effect of Maas’ series for me. I have read them all: The Throne of Glass Series, The Court of Thorns and Roses Series, and The Crescent City Series. One thing I love is how the series interconnect although they are in different time periods. Maas knows how to create fascinating worlds for those of us fantasy geeks. with the addition of some spice and romance for extra entertainment.

I have to say she does a wonderful job of creating villains. You just have to read until you see them receive their comeuppance. And she’s your girl if you like strong female protagonists.

I am also a huge fan of Rebecca Yarros Empyrean Series and can’t wait for the next one there. I might even like her a tad more than Maas…

I admit to being disappointed I am done with all of her books. I know she is working on the fourth Crescent Series, but until then I must try some other authors. So any advice? I did buy five different ones at my local bookstore. Hopefully one of them will grab me to this level. Hope to hear from other fantasy fans!
